The Taco 009-ZF5-2 is a cartridge style, maintenance free, circulator pump. It is designed for a wide range of residential and light commercial higher head/lowerflow water circulating applications. The unique replaceable cartridge contains all of the moving parts and allows for easy service, instead of replacing the entire circulator. Compact, direct-drive, low power consumption design is ideal for high-efficiency jobs.

This model features the Priority Zoning circulator with built-in transformer, relay, and priority switch to make it an ideal choice when zoning with circulators. Each zoning circulator has low and high voltage terminal strips for ease of electrical hookup, as well as a built-in priority switch. The priority switch allows the installer to choose the zone that requires the most attention and, when activated, run only that circulator. The priority zoning circulator can be used in conjunction with other circulators or zone valves. It is ideal for indirect hot water heaters, adding another zone, zoning with circulators, and for prioritizing under-sized zones.
